ACORN is New Hope Academy’s After-School Care Program

More than child care, the ACORN program models the rich learning environment that our students experience throughout the day at New Hope. ACORN assists parents who, due to their work schedules, are not able to pick up their children at dismissal. During ACORN, students have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one tutoring with National Honor Society students, UT Extension 4-H Program, Harvesting Hope Community Gardens, TABLE TOP etiquette and nutrition classes, music lessons, and arts-and-crafts activities, all in a safe environment. Please email Johnequa Waters, our ACORN Coordinator, for more information regarding after school activities
New Hope Academy is a private, coeducational, Christ-centered school for pre-kindergarten through 6th grade students, located in Franklin, Tennessee. Through our commitment to educational excellence, we transform children into life-long learners, hands-on problem solvers, pure worshipers, and world-changers – children steeped in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.
