Preview Day is for families interested in applying to New Hope Academy for any grades PreK through 6th Grade. Preview Days take place twice in the Fall from 8:30-10:30am. At Preview Day you'll learn about applying to New Hope and our Financial Aid process, have time to chat with current parents about their experiences at New Hope, tour our campus, and hear more about our educational foundation from our Head of School and Academic Directors.

To be considered in the first round of admissions decisions, you must have completed the entire admissions process (including applying for financial aid) by February 13th. Therefore, we suggest starting the admissions process in October by signing up for a tour or attending an Admissions Day.

Mid-year admission is considered on a case-by-case basis. If inquiring about mid-year enrollment, please reach out to Raye Knight before beginning the application process.

While priority is given to sibling and legacy applicants, acceptance is not guaranteed. Seat openings, class composition, and each child's individual application are all considered when deciding to offer enrollment.

 Yes. If the current class size and composition don't allow us to offer a prospective student enrollment, that student will be placed on the waitlist and will be reconsidered if a space opens up.

Financial Aid is determined by a third-party program called FACTS. Once you submit financial documentation with your financial aid application, FACTS will calculate your demonstrated need and communicate that amount with our Business Office. This process takes around two weeks. Please note that the Financial Aid application is separate from your New Hope application.

Financial Aid Application

If you qualify for Financial Aid, the award amount will be communicated upon acceptance to New Hope Academy. Once accepted, the Offer Letter will be sent via email and will contain enrollment paperwork as well as the tuition breakdown - which includes the Financial Aid offer.

New Hope is a non-denominational Christian School. As our school declaration states, "We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible to be God's Holy Word, to be complete truth, a guide to our feet."

The Treehouse aftercare program is offered Monday through Friday from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. and provides a structured environment for students that includes a snack, homework support, enrichment activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
