Volunteer Opportunities

We greatly benefit from volunteers and would love to help you find a way to connect with New Hope. Here are some of the ways you can volunteer:

Serve Lunch – We use volunteers to serve hot lunch to students each day. It’s a fun way to interact with the kids and get to know them. To volunteer, contact Office Coordinator Brenda Haworth at bhaworth@nhafranklin.org.

Brother 2 Brother – Brother to Brother is a mentoring program for New Hope Academy male students. Our goal is to transform young men by empowering them spiritually, academically and socially as they continue to grow in a manner that glorifies God. Meet with a group of male students and other volunteers in a group setting twice a month and one Saturday a month (1-2 hours). Contact Cathy Irwin at cirwin@nhafranklin.org for more information, or to volunteer.

Share your talents with the students.  For example, bankers have come to teach our after-school kids about saving money, banking, etc. Do you play guitar?  Teach golf? Love science? Love books and reading? There are so many ways that you can get connected. If you’re interested in volunteering, contact Keith Grigsby at kgrigsby@nhafranklin.org.
